Part-Time Administrator (Temp to Perm)

🕙 Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 2:00pm (some flexibility required)

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to join a busy manufacturing company based in Leeds 12. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, offering long-term stability for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties to support the wider team

  • Accurate data entry and record-keeping

  • Processing banking payments

  • Maintaining and updating systems, including SharePoint

  • Supporting internal processes using Microsoft Office tools

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and SharePoint

  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexible approach to working hours when required
